Ahead of the FIH Olympic Qualifiers matches against India, USA women’s hockey team’s skipper Kathleen Sharkey has expressed his excitement to play in India for the first time. The USA women will take on Rani Rampal and co. in the two games at the Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar next month.

India women’s hockey skipper Rani Rampal credited her team for the achievement of qualifying for the Tokyo Olympics and said her team will give their best at the mega event next year. Rampal scored in the 49th minute of the second leg which turned out to be India’s ticket to Tokyo.
