Coventry City has been looking forward to a new manager for his team after the sacking of Mark Robins. There have been a number of options available to the team and one of them which is considered as the favourite by the fans is Frank Lampard. However, there might be a twist due to the thoughts of Doug King.
The team has been looking for a new boss for the last few weeks, as they are now diligent to see who could replace Mark Robins perfectly from the team. Although the process for this has been lengthy, the team is now having an argument over the decisions being taken by the management.
Coventry City might have thought of Steve Cooper, but he was sacked just after 12 games in the Premier League. Therefore, this brought a dip in his performances but he's still regarded as a good coach. The team is considering having him for the remainder of the season to fill the void which has been created by the departure of Mark Robins.
Along with that, Frank Lampard has been one of the available options to the team but it currently depends on Doug King, whether he wants Lampard to be a part of the team as a manager or not.
