Raheem Sterling has not been able to perform well in the initial stages of the Premier League for Arsenal. Due to his below average performances, he has been termed as the biggest flop of the season for the team. His move from Chelsea to Arsenal was shocking for the fans.
When Enzo Maresca was announced as the new manager of the team, he removed Raheem Sterling from the squad, which was followed by his introduction to Arsenal. He spent two years playing for Chelsea but was not able to show the same performance as he did for Manchester City.
In his time at Manchester City, he played 7 seasons where the team was able to win titles in 4 of them. Mikel Arteta, his current coach, has given him some support, which might help him to grab a comeback to the tournament and regain his initial momentum.
His initial months for the team have not been as expected, with just one goal coming off in the game against Bolton Wanderers, where the team won by 5-1. Sterling has been a part of two league games till now, and was also a substitute in the games against Newcastle United and Inter Milan, which came before international break.
