ISSF Junior World Championship News

The Indian shooting contingent finished with 43 medals, including 17 golds to finish as the most successful nation at the 2021 ISSF Junior World Championships. Vijayveer Sidhu, Rhythm Sangwan, Arjun Singh Cheema, and Shikha Narwal were the gold medallists on the closing day of the competition.

The Indian shooting contingent claimed three medals - a gold, a silver, and a bronze to take the tally to 23 at the ongoing ISSF Junior World Championships, on Thursday. The duo of Vijayveer Sidhu and Rhythm Sangwan had the better of Thailand’s pair to claim the gold medal in 25m mixed team event.

The medal rush continues for India at the ISSF Junior World Championship, as skeet shooter Ganemat Sekhon won a silver medal in the women's category. This was India's fifth medal in the championship after Manu Bhaker's gold, Esha Singh and Rudrankksh Balasaheb Patil's, and Ramita's bronze.
